Couples Acupuncture
Perhaps you or someone you know feels a little nervous about receiving acupuncture for the first time, but would benefit from having a partner, friend or family member alongside for the experience? You may also simply wish to receive a therapeutic acupuncture treatment with another person for a special occasion. Our large treatment room can accommodate two treatment tables and any two people may schedule a Couples Acupuncture appointment with John Kozel LAc.
During a Couples Acupuncture appointment each individual will receive a set of acupuncture points that are helpful to strengthen the body and calm the mind, and which are appropriate for most patients. John will also spend time to address the specific needs of each patient by using different additional points in other areas of the body to treat conditions such as low back pain, neck pain, joint pain, and much more.
When planning for a Couples Acupuncture appointment please allow for a total visit time of an hour and a half.
Couples Acupuncture appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or email. When scheduling online, please provide the information for just one individual - we will acquire the information for the second individual at a later time.
Using health insurance for a Couples Acupuncture appointment
One or both individuals in a couple CAN use health insurance for the visit (we will need to confirm your insurance benefits at least 24 hours in advance and are happy to check them for you)
